Micro serama?

I have one serama chick that hatched out the same size as the rest, but she is growing very slowly. At 7.5 weeks she only weighs 3.9 oz! Which is the same as my 5 week olds. In comparison another chick that’s 4 days younger than her weights 5.2 oz. And a chick a week and a half older than her weights 8 Oz. Her body also seems to be fluffier than the others if that makes sense. Her wings are a little bigger and she just seems like she’s mostly feathers lol. Will she be a micro? Or just a small A? Will she eventually catch up?

The picture of her is when she was 6.5 weeks next to a less than a week old Cornish rock.

She may be a class A, but size can't be accurately determined until the bird is an adult.
