Maybe you should reconsider that 10 gallon tank idea.

Unless you get a few of them...

What do you mean?
Here my situration:
Ten gallon tank with a breeder trio
And i have a 2.5 with 40 guppy fry and a 1.5 with about 30 guppy fry. I need at least a ten gallon to put them al in to grow them into sale size, thats what im thinking at least. usually im only dealing with 20 or 30 fry, and i cull out everything with flaws and most of the males to make trios.

I'm used to betta fry, and I always used a 20.

How often do they produce young? I don't have much experience with live bearers.

Not sure about the open show. Maybe they will post them on their site, I hope. The Juniors didn't get all their names but the breeds I think I remember..

1. Dark Cornish Bantam-Sarah Castle
2. Buff Silkie Hen-Sarah Castle
3. White Call Duck
4. LF Black Cochin?? I think not sure was a big black bird.
5. White Leghorn

Didn't hang out for all the open awards, the poeple we were with wanted to load.

That dark cornish was your daughter right?

Yep, she is. Long Story on that girl she's very lucky to still be here. Sarah almost lost her this summer, she got really sick, was down to a bone, Sarah syringe fed her water every few hours and oral vitamins. Than she went lame after she started to feel better and a few days before our Fall show in Maine in Oct. she was completely well. Has never had any more problems and has been very healthy, not sure what happened with her, but she made it and Sarah now treats her like the little Princess. Her and her little buff Fuzzball
