Hi! I just got this little baby from our feed store about a week ago. She or he was all black with no head spot when we picked it out and they were all sold as pullets. Now she is starting to get bars so I’m starting to think it’s a rooster :( please let me know what you think!

It is still a bit too early to tell, so I would wait a month to find out for sure.
It is definitely giving me cockerel vibes though, especially the head shape and the barred feathers. I have not owned this hybrid before, but I have read a little on sexing them and it might be a boy. This is just my opinion, hopefully someone with more experience will come along and give you their educated opinion:)

Here's a good link.

ugh thanks for the response! He is the sweetest baby in the world but we can’t have roosters where we live 🥹 hoping it turns out to be a hen but I’m pretty sure you are right!

It's a kind of Black Sexlink. This barring, & head spot would mean it's a cockerel. But this chick doesn't look like a midnight majesty, it looks like a Blue Barred Rock which is line of blue sexlink, still a cockerel based on the barring, & headspot.

This chick has a head spot, it's just a blurry one rather than being a concentrated dot. It could be a mis-sexed sexlink which is RARE but that is how it happens.
