Might be a dumb question but... Are Silkies strictly a Bantam breed?

I can't really find a for sure answer on this question and I was wondering.

Are there any standard size Silkies or are Silkies strickly a Bantam breed?

Bantam only.

Other bantam-only breeds are Sebrights and Black Rosecombs.

I've read that Europe has bantam and standard sized silkies, and that America's silkies are a size in between the two.

The US only has Silkies as bantams, in other countries birds of the same weight are considered a light large breed, some countries also have bantam Silkies that are very small.
