Mighty Scratch

I have 2 chickies that LOVE a gentle neck scratch and rub. They jump up on me to get their daily massage. I thought this picture would give a whole new meaning to Mighty Scratch! Now this is one contented chicken!

She looks very calm and happy.

Is she a Wyandotte? There is an ad campaign for the California dairy council, "Happy cows make happy milk." When she starts laying, you are going to have some happy eggs!

I don't know what breed she is. Probably a mix of some sort. But I will gladly take her happy eggs!
