Mike's Tomato & Rice Soup

Loved this soup, added this photo I shot of my dinner plate last night. It is real tasty - added a dollop of sour cream and some chopped scallions.

Oh that looks lovely, It reminds me of a recipe my dad made when I was little. I'm definitely going to try it

I made this & it was sheer heaven!!! I used stewed tomatoes put up from my garden this summer, & also took some dehydrated sliced tomatoes & re-hydrated them in tomato juice, also from my garden. You could taste a little bit of summer in every spoonful.

This was so much better than my own recipe & has now replaced it.

I bow down to the Master, Big Mike!!! You Rock!!!
