These two pullets went broody together and are now raising these FBC Marans chicks. I believe the one on the left is considered Calico coloring, is that correct?

This is Myrtle being broody, sitting on bantam Araucana eggs:

I got all 4 of my bantam MF Cochin's from Lynne at Wingshadow Hacienda and I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! Fabulous farm, clean as anything I've ever seen and the most gorgeous chickens! She's near San Diego in CA.

I can't begin to tell you how I love this breed & color. Every hatch is like a "Christmas" present. I look back on where we started with this thread & it amazes me how quickly we have multiplied. If it hadn't been for "Msbear" finding me, I would never have known about BYC. I don't post often, but I read everything written & I drool over all the beautiful pics.
