Nancy, I love Joxer and Eddie!! And I'll get pics just as soonas I can. I lost my best cockerel Thursday to a fox. But I'll show you all some of what I still have?

The best comparison would be to look at the photos on Feathersite. Make sure you look at the bantam cochins, not tthe standard size as they are somewhat different. Bantams rather than looking how the wings are carried by seeing how far they are from the ground, look at the angle of the primaries. That will give you a better idea of what to look for. The best examples of roosters are the all white roo and the blue roo on that page. Here is a link to make it easy. :]
Feathersite- Cochin, Bantam
I went to the site and LOOK at the VERY first Mille, His wings are just as low as some of mine???

My roo, Dixon, actually looks a lot like 265 too. I'm in love with that dark mahogany and burgundy base. I was lucky to get a hen with those colors and I'm very excited to start breeding but I wont be hatching anything until the new year when the weather is more clement.

I just wanna say I'm really sorry for the delay of pictures. I'll definitely get them by this weekend. It's been very chaotic here and I'm dealing with a pair of foxes now so things are going a little rough. I've lost my frizzled hen Peppermint as well as my cockerel Motley, and almost lost my Mf/ Mottled hen Tuba today but she managed to escape I guess. She is in really rough condition.

Oh no!
I'm so sorry to hear this. Poor babies.
I'm so glad I don't have fox. And I do a lot of predator control that way I don't have any issues.

That sucks. I always love seeing pics of peppermint too. I hope ya get them and not loose any more. And don't worry about pics... Get your babies safe 1st!!!
