Mille Cochin Info

I would try a few things and see what works... maybe even cross the offspring together... or try a wheaten or buff columbian or buff. I think you will have a long road ahead either way you go but, if you try multiple things, you aren't wasting an entire generation going backward.

Mille fleur cochin fans--This beautiful 2009 rooster and hen are available on eggbid.

He has a round compact shape and neat color, plus breeding very well. She's a petite hen, with black chevrons across her back and a light mahogany body color.
I really want to move a buff/splash/lav silkie project forward so need to open some room. ALSO...have 17 eggs from the mille cochins available tomorrow to ship. Asking $30 plus $15 shipping, paypal only.

Let's see a picture of your partridge/black mottled cross...
And how old now?

She's only about two weeks old now, but I see partridge pattern on her wing feathers????

Here are some updated photos of my Mille Fleur Cochins. And their first chick. ( would have had more if I could have figured out my new incubator faster)
These are from Tate.

I have put more of their eggs in one incubator and I just got some from Lynn as well.
