Love the names.

They each have a different looking color. You have a very nice group to work with.

IMO, Isabella and Aragon are the best ones. I would breed them as a pair.

Georgialee, his color is very pretty and rather unique but needs help. I would put him to a nice, quality buff columbian or mottled and here's why.

He has lovely breast mottling but no black on his saddle and hackle where columbian would give you some. It will also take away the color on the breast so, it would be a balancing act to try and gain both on the same bird. He definitely needs help in the type dept as well so putting him to buff columbian or mottled would help him a great deal.

Very pretty boy

I am still watching some of mine mature. I sold 2 trios yesterday and know the guy is going to make some nice babies from the ones he got from me and some others he told me about.

It is too hot to do much of anything and I struggle to care for everyone in this horrid heat.

I am mostly watching my Mottleds mature but I have some new MFC chicks that will be a while before I can tell much and I dare not to put anymore into breeding because I will wind up with another hundred MFC chicks that I will not want to part with!

Your roo has some decent coloring. Needs a lot more type or maybe it is just the way he is standing but I like to see less length of leg, more leg feathering and more of a round shape to the body. His back looks a bit long but again, it could be the photo. Try to get some more photos of him.
Do you have any girls for him? If so, what do they look like?

LOL! Remember the good old days when most everyone was concerned with getting rid of the hackle black gene? We've come a long way!!

my last mfc hatch ..all of the girls are broody and there are no more MFC eggs in the bator. I may be able to get some more later in the season but, I've culled all but 4 hens.

I am not breeding them and probably won't but I am still not sure I should sell them either. Once I do I will lose some of my better ones to heat, fog, dirt.....something. I fear not having anything and having to start all over.
On the plus side I only have 2 more roos that need to be sold that are MFC breeding quality. Everything else goes in the freezer. Even some badly colored very typy roos. That reminds me, I better update my For Sale page.

Those chicks are totally adorable and showing potential at such a young age.
