Mille Fleur with full sized hens?

Introducing one hen to an established flock is tricky, and difficult. Having a small bird won't help either. Make sure you take plenty of time, have space, and an alternative plan.
I have both Belgian d'Uccles and big birds together, but they have been raised together, and it's fine. I take time introducing brooder raised chicks out there, and watch, and haven't had injuries.
I never introduce random source birds, because of my concerns about biosecurity.
Good luck, and hope she works out for you, or finds another home.

Thank you all for your help - as of right now, she either comes home with me and eight birds, where I can be with her during the 30 day quarantine (in my dining room), then watching over her during the separated, two week introduction period, then me being with her anytime she's with the big birds for full integration for a week or so.. Other than that, the farm sanctuary will take her but they have so many birds, and so many roosters - that she'll just be left with all of them.. I'm nervous for her there, and I'm nervous for her here! Maybe she's my new house chicken!?
