Where do you get such large cuts! It's going to be amazing! I wish I could taste it!
My Sam's club usually has choice and prime briskets. This choice cut was $3.99lb. it was the only one of 10 or 12 that was worth purchasing.
Pork butt came from a local supermarket. A 10 lb pork butt is common here.
 
This will be going on the smoker in about 20 minutes.

We will take it out at 6am and let it rest, wrapped in foil and a huge towel inside a cooler. After a couple hours that meat just falls to pieces! 🤤
You definitely didn't use SPOG for your rub. What did you use?
