It'll give you hay, which you can use to breed animals. It'll also give you zero to four seeds you can plant. So yes, it does multiply with human assistance.

Yep, you'll need two. Any two of the same species will work fine though. Minecraft science is strange.

1. I think you need an iron or diamond pickaxe to get redstone. You might want to check the Minecraft wiki on that, though.
2. I have no idea. My knowledge of the game is limited to PC and Pocket editions.
3. The Nether is a seriously creepy alternate dimension which is filled with lava, glowing stone, lava, unfriendly creatures, and lava. And did I mention lava?

you half to make a nether reactor then 4 gold blocks and do a crazy thing where you stick them all together and then a portal is made to go to the nether I've never been there but I've tried to make it
