The breast feathers are Black with Red line, rather then Light, or light orange with Light line.

I do think possibly it could just be a red brassy back with an abnormal amount of red
Anyway, I just remembered I got a good picture of the young quail d'Anvers recently...

I guess all the males are in front but the females have the same breast color
