We purchased a 1/2 shorthorn 1/2 hereford heifer, a full hereford heifer and a full hereford bull this past spring. We absolutely LOVE them!!! Was worried about a bull, but turns out he's the most docile personal out of the 3 of them..!!

There's actually a LOT of mini breeds out there, each with their own pro's and con's and uses. Dexters being the original.



Someone mentioned Mini Zebus being a mini version of a Brahma - technically they aren't.

They derive actually from a very small, very rare breed of Indian Zebu.
