Mini goats?

Those look like NDs.
I would personally look for a breeder selling kids, that way you can form a bond with them from a young age. It's also important to train them not to jump on you from the start. People often let them do so as babies because it's cute, but as adults it's quite annoying and could knock over a small child.
We are only thinking of getting them because it's a friend of a friend that is getting rid of them
 
Any fencing recommendations?
We use the regular square fencing for livestock. Yours have horns though so I'd make sure they can't get their heads through that cause those horns won't let them pull their heads out alone and the last thing you want is to be wrestling an upset goat in winter
 
Here are photos if the pen and shed, we will be disassembling it and bringing it to our farm for them.
