Mini milking cows or milking goats

Dexters really should be considered a beef breed, IMO. Jersey and Guernsey's are the way to go with cows, if you go that route.

If I had to go with a good, sweet milk cow I would go Jersey...they are still kind of small and, Oh, so sweet! Lots of very high fat milk, also.
