Minimum age for seeds?

Hey there!

I wanted to check with you guys what the minimum age for stuff like seeds was for ducks & chickens?

Stuff like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, other vegetables seeds also, etc?

Any advice on this?

I give mine seeds and worms at around 2 months old. I have 15 birds and they lay around a dozen each day.I don't see any health problems. Most of them are going on their 3rd year. . Hope this helps
