Mink break in

A mink broke into my coop, killed all my girls, and pulled some feather from my roo. He put up a fight, but now has a kinda mangled toe. It is broken on just the very tip. I think his talon got snagged on the mink, but it did get twisted enough to break skin. I don't know what to do, it doesn't seem bad enough to have to euthanize him, but I don't want it to get infected, what should I do?!?!

I'm so sorry to hear about the attack! Can you post a pic of his toe? so we know how bad it is.

Chickens have miraculous powers of healing. Clean it off, and apply some antiseptic and he should be fine.
