Mink not leaving after attack!

OP, did you ever get your mink? A coupes of months ago, one got into my run and killed a pullet. We locked the rest in the coop and set a live trap, baited with the carcass of the killed chicken, where the chicken was killed. We caught it. A few weeks later, one got into the coop (totally my fault - I thought I had secured the run and left the pop door open at night) and killed 12/15 chickens. I moved the survivors, put a carcass in the live trap and set that in the pop door opening. DH set 3 foot hold traps in front of the door. (We closed the gate to the run to keep barn cats out of the traps.)The next morning, there was a second mink, caught in the foot hold traps. They were both young females. That’s why I think they were easy to catch. Adult mink are very wily and hard to catch.
