I have two pullets, born 09 May, only the front half is "barred".

Thats a bit odd. I have BR hatched on May 11th and they are fully "Barred" When they first started feathering out they started getting the speckled look throughout their body.

I am down to 5 remaining adult guineas after today. It appears they either pushed the one in front of an oncoming truck, or executed it is some other manner.

I am seriously considering taking the 5 adults and sending them to freezer camp. That would leave my all juveniles for next year. I was considering selling 5-6 keets, I might just eat the adults instead.

I am thinking with luck, I could limit some of the wondering for a while and maybe some of this bullying and fighting. I know all guineas are crazy but my adults seem doubly so. I would then be able to release my young ones from the pen to free range. I am kind of afraid to let them loose now because the old ones might kill them or teach them bad habits, like playing chicken with cars in the middle of the road.

Ok-I finally got some pictures taken. Here are some duck ones for @gofeedthegirls And I agree with Ralphie. I like a Roo in the flock. JMO. All birds in these pictures are about 11 weeks.

Mixed flock picture of the ducks and geese free ranging the yard. Geese and ducks are about 11wks and are housed separately from the adults.

Duck house. It is about 4 wide 8 long and 4 feet tall. I built it last summer to house 6 adult geese and 6 adult ducks. The sides and top are open for venting. No floor. I used hay and pine shavings for bedding. I can move it around as needed. Door swings shut and locks on outside. Currently there is a broody duck on a nest with 4 eggs in the house. The adult ducks still go in here at night. The adult geese are free ranging it with the cattle.

Thats exactly it, im not in an area where I cant have a rooster, my nearest neighbor is a half mile away. I want a rooster thats nice to look at. Maybe a buckeye or a welsummer. They really are beautiful birds. If anyone has a nice rooster in the 10wk age range they wouldnt mind selling I would be willing to drive a ways.

Well... I have some EE roosters that r getting a little lacey that will be pretty also some other mixes. I have a Welsummer roo for sale but he is a year old. He is fine with little ones and gets a little angry when I annoy them but has never attacked. PM me if interested. I can get some pics tomorrow if interested.
