Ralphie, I don't know if you had tested what you thought to be marijuana or not, but it may have been the other variety of hemp that is not a narcotic? There is a type of hemp that is used by us in the racing pigeon world as a feed for birds in competition. It is relatively high in Protein, Fat and Fibre and used as a small percentage of race mixtures.

@Coffee 1st oh that's the chief he is just a easter egger roo.he is pretty. I love the red on his wings to be honest I'll try to catch him strutting tomorrow

It is the real thing but like all "ditch weed" in the area it would test at about 0.0000000000000000001 THC level. You would probably die from black lung before you got high.

It was planted for the fiber to make rope is what my Grandpa and Dad use to tell me. There was a lot of it planted in this area back then.

I assume it was high in something the chickens liked it was there weed of choice. ( no pun intended). They picked the seeds first then cleaned off the leafs.


I had a nephew that would tenderly care for it, thinking he was going to be in "good shape".... only to find it was not round up resistant.
