Does anybody here drink Rex Goliath wines?

My DW was having some tonight and asked if I knew what kind of chicken their logo was. Im no expert so I turn to you guys!
Google search just brought up info about the wines and the story that he was a famous 47lb rooster from texas.

My 5 girls laid 6 eggs including a shell less egg. They have been laying more and more lately. Strange.

And for the rest of you, I killed a chick tonight and feel horrible! My great brooder pens and covers have a flaw. I was raising the light because with the forecast I did not think I would need heat on my CX's this weekend, and I am going to be gone (to the center of the universe). Mom will be looking after the birds. SO I raised the light, bumped the cover and it fell on the babies, killing one. I picked him up and tried to save him but there was nothing to be done< I apologized to him and held him as he died...Then I walked to the house feeling like a poophead and wanting to cry.. ( I know this might seem out of character for me, but it is true. Before I leave for Togo tomorrow I am going to put some safety rails in so it cannot happen again.

I was nervous before leaving the babies with Mom, now I really am.

That is weird I only got 14 eggs today for my around 25-30 hens. I figured with the heat and humidity they had slowed down. All they did today was dig holes in my garden and take sand baths.
