Crossbreed if she has feathered legs. She appears to look like an Australorp, but they wouldn't have feathers.
The feathered legs knock it out of the pure category since the only breed even remotely looking like that with FL is a Langshan, and it is a pretty rare breed in these parts and her build is wrong.
BSL SHOULD have the color leakage around the neck, Ralphie, it is the result of that color cross to make them

She is a brown egg layer though, right? And if she fulfills her purpose in keeping her, it doesn't really matter what she is.
Sometimes a purebred bird can have what is called 'stubs', or unwanted feathers coming out on the legs, but they are not really full feathers, just short ones as the label implies. Once in a while a bird can have little downy feathers in the webbing on their toes and those are also referred to as stubs.
