Minnesota!

Ohhhh Ralphie. . . Another way to look at it is - it took 42 years before the true relationship between your DW and any peaches came out in the open. Allllllll those other years - were you ever missing a peach - that you know of? That's the thing about marriage - it is a true sacrifice. IF she eats two more peaches in the next 42 years I would definitely say you have grounds for getting rid of the thieving wife. Trust is a choice. You can assume that being found out is enough to straighten her out and this episode is done forever. Choose to trust her. THEN watch your back!

I don't usually offer personal therapy via the computer. You NEVER know what you might run into.

Ralphie. I can see that after 42 years that the battle of the sexes moves in more covert and subtle nuances and that at 16 years I'm still dealing with trying to get him to take out the garbage--basic stuff. Untrainable male in the house. Hunting Season is the worst.

First we had John Deere equipment and paraphenalia purchases that were only done to bring you up a class level. Please do not over think this. She is just bringing up your status. Even though you found it covert.

Keyboard issues. This is just stubborness on your part. You bought the thing and now insist upon using it. If you get the good $50 ergonomic one-- good, comfy and carpal tunnel preventative--she would be none the wiser and as a nurse never give it a second thought. (that you would know--nurses are good that way at hiding their all knowing ways to keep the patient's morale up)

Now the Peaches. What happened to " what is mine, is yours" part of the marriage?

Most garbage in a house is generated in the Kitchen, beings women use the kitchen more than men, it is obviously woman's work to bring the garbage out.

A John Deere brings up the social status of a person about as much as having a meth lab in the back does. Both have the same social standing in polite society.

Maybe for a normal nurse, I think my DW is a nurse just for the sheer enjoyment of shoving needles into people. She likes it so much I recently found a doll under the bed that looks uncannily like me, with hundreds of pins in it.

Peaches destined to a lemonade smoothie are exempt from this rule, besides she has lots of things I never even touch let alone use!

The young are so naive!

You know I went wrong when I told him I'd mow the lawn if he bought the JD. I essentially at that point in time "picked up the pliers"

If I can get him to take out the garbage. Cook supper and do some laundry and iron....then we'd have him in full role reversal. But he hasn't "picked up the iron". Does he know the secret and I didn't.

I don't know about you Ralphie but I cook just as much as my wife. A man should know how to feed himself, and more than microwave TV dinners and hotdogs.

I know how to cook and am a much better cook than my wife, just ask me, but I allow her the privilege of feeding and taking care of me for her self worth. It is one of the small sacrifices I make for her. If you and your wife enroll in my consoling classes you would understand this.

BTW weather outside is frightful,

Too right.... I should have known better!

BTW, You are all so lucky today, I was hoping to avoid going outside too much in this weather, but I will be forced to take a break from here to bring the dogs to the vets.

And simultaneously watch 300 bucks leave my account.
