Love the pictures. Some of us enjoy pictures and need them. Them letter thingies are hard for us rednecks to make sense out of pictures are easy to make sense of...

You are lucky if you only got bitten once this past weekend! There were so many Asian Beetles here, I was thinking of buying a hundred more Guineas.

I am hoping there will be less wind today, yesterday, in a word, sucked. I thought it was mid winter. I am sure I saw snow in that rain.

I was wrong about the cost of going to the vet yesterday too, it was not 300 bucks, it was 340 bucks! I am thinking it is time to find a cheaper vet. That seems like a lot of money for check up and shots. If I could get the vaccines I could give them myself. like we do with cattle. I can't imagine there would be a lot of people trying to overdose or get high on Rabies and lymes vaccines.

I bet Cyrus is the only one here that would try the distemper shots on himself.....

Okay now, get to it post to make my coffee time better.

Morning, all!

Gave up last night and left the broody in her nest. Watch, after I bring Ralphie's creamer roo home, next spring no one will go broody

I'm thinking next spring, anyone who wants to sit on a nest, can! I never had so much fun as I did when broodies were hatching out chicks.

He has a white bib and 4 white feed. we have been calling him 'Socks' for now but he may get a new name if it sticks

I have a 2 year old cat who brings her special treats and hides them under the covers in bed, up near my pillow. Usually its just a cat toy, or a bottle cap, twice this summer it was tree frogs, once a big fat bumblebee, but last night it was a shredded plastic grocery bag.

Last night I was tired and left the eggs I had collected in a pail by the door. This morning, she was bowling with the eggs. None broken, she just apparently liked the randomness of the egg rolling on the floor.
