Minnesota!

Did you set up a separate business?
I'm wondering about taxes and such nonsense.
My mother is a retired tax accountant and my financial advisor. Bless her heart :)

We are a registered farm so we just operate under that qualifying us for expense deductions. The eggs sales count as income as well as our land rental. That way I can write off farm things like our chicken coop improvements, feed and supplies, and the like :)

My thermometer   is lying to me this morning. 28 degrees.  No way it is that cold today,

I am feeling sorry for a couple of my creamettes.   They were inside the CX's brooder/tractor last night and did not want to come out. So I locked them in there, they were forced to sit on the ground all night and not roost in this cold.

I have decided to spend the day here and head to Togo tomorrow.

I had one turkey that refused to come off the peak of the coop last night. I hope he froze his snood!  Little *******.

Coffee tastes better on these cold mornings. I may need 6-8 cups today.

Everyone have a good day.   I have to look harder at Scandiafowls questions, they look hard and tricky to me.

Duluth Mn among one of the coldest places I've ever been to

Not really any new info there, or answers. If it was 40 separate waterfowl introductions, how did the goose get through the door into the "secure" facility.

One would need to trust the government and the news outlets more than I do to find anything "trustworthy" in what was said in the article. It leaves me with more questions than answers.

What if it was a "planned" introduction to drive up profits per bird? Do not scoff at this too much, even us paranoids can have enemies!

BLANCHRANCH!!!

We are going to going on a great vacation together! I got a reply on that jacket I am selling. Someone emailed me and asked if I still had it. I did not even have to mention the charger. I assume the guy will be here with cash soon!
