Hmm... maybe get ducks? I have 4 duck hens that are old enough to lay.... 4 eggs every day!

Don't get mad.... picked up 40 eggs today from about 65 hens. They are finally settling in with the new coop and getting rolling again

5 hens, the last egg I got was 3 weeks ago when my last girl started molting. Most likely they won't start laying again until march. (I don't put any light on them over the winter)
