Greetings all my fellow Minnesotans! I am in AZ right now and it is my first time being south EVER!! 2 more days til its back to reality! I've gotten spoiled rotten and I must say I have a newfound admiration for all of us living through our MN winters!! We are tough!! I'll try to bring some sun and warmer weather when I come home on Wed!

Sure hope they took good care of my chickens!

From Isanti up to Braham (10 miles north of Cambridge) Have my own (rental) farm now. Seriously thinking of having a Chickenstock this summer. Whatcha think?

I think that's a fantastic idea!! The one I went to in Mpls a year or so ago was lots of fun! I know there'd be lots of volunteers to help out, bring food etc ( myself included)
We used to have a hobby farm in Cambridge when I was a kid. Lotsa great memories from there. Had 40 acres of Norway Pine we planted in about 1958. Last time I saw it they were HUGE They built a Wal Mart across the road from it now and last I heard they were taking all the trees out to put in a water treatment plant on it! I guess if that's progress I can do without it!!

HA ! I go to that Wal Mart on almost a daily basis! There is a Cub and a Target across the street. Cambridge is the "big town" for me now. Do you remember who hosted that Chickenstock? I have ZERO experience, and will need lots of help. I am about to be NPIP certified and a Poultry Flock tester, so that's one thing we could offer. Maybe I'll start a new thread to see how much interest there is.

Hello from Hermantown. So far it's a real winter we are having isn't it ! If anyone on here has or knows of someone that has some Wheaten or Blue Wheaten Ameraucana hens or pullets available let me know please. I have bantam Hamburgs (in 3 different colors), Vorwerks, Lakenvelders, Golden Campines and Maiden Rocks. I have LF in Ameraucana, McGraw, and Brahma.
