does anyone know at what age do minorcas start laying? and how many eggs per year?

I found a bunch of contradictory information in internet. I have got 1 pullet and absolutely fell in love with her, so much that I ordered 2 more.

20 to 24 weeks depending on time of year. The lay great, about 250, nearly as good as Leghorns except Minorca eggs are huge.
Do you have white, black or buff? I had whites which are rare in the US. Most Minorcas here are of the black variety.

They're the largest of the Mediterranean breeds.

my minorca is black. she is about 16 weeks old. I don't know if anyone in greece has another colour of minorca.

she is so sweet, she falls asleep on my hands. are your minorcas docile?

I rarely handle my birds so few of them have been docile regardless of breed. Probably the only breed that has ever let me walk up to them and pick them up were Jersey Giants.
