Miserable, sick chicken

So, my chicken has been acting pretty miserable (as I said in my last post), and, she's had very malodorous, green diarrhea stuck around her vent, so today I gave her a second bath (the first one was three days ago), but this time I flushed her cloaca out very carefully with saline solution and water, and gave her some yogurt (as a probiotic). Right now she's sitting hunched over in her pen, with her eyes closed, and acting miserable. Is there anything else I can do to make her feel better, or at least, make her happier, or should I just let nature do it's best? Thanks!

p.s. She also has a really swollen abdomen and is acting weak and lethargic.
