This is my Hen Vanilla. She will be four in January. Shes a White Cochin Bantam Hen She should be Mrs Chicken 2010 Because she is older, and wiser. Also, she is a GREAT mom, and has brooded nearly 100 chicks herself and about 20ish are her sons/daughters throughout the years. She is protective and she loves me

why should she be miss chicken 2010: well she has had a tough life already when she first hatched she got yolk stuck on her head so we had to use a q tip to clean the yolk off after that she was very active and nice. A few weeks later I went down to check on the chicks and there was Shelly she had a piece of string frozen to her tong eventually we got it off and she has lived happily ever after since

This is Cinnamini she is about 17 weeks old We are not sure of her breed probably a mix. She and her sister Sassy are camera hogs. I dont know if she should be Miss Chicken 2010 but I think she is beautiful.

Here is my lil pullet, Einstien
She is about 4-5 Months old.
She is a Silkie Chicken
I picked her up from a very nice lady in Wisconsin.
Einstien should be Miss. Chicken becouse she is a very pretty lil hen, but does not try the rest of the chickens like they are nothing under here. she is very caring for the lil chicks (Not hers) and of all other chickens.
She is a Very calm lil girl and very happily enjoys sitting on your lap and being petted by whoever is willing Lol
This is the only pic i have of her right now. my computer has done something with my files.

Age: i think around 5 years old
Info:Goldie was one of the nicest hens i have ever had. She had such personality and actually when she was little i thought she was a rooster! thank goodness i didnt sell her. She would always follow me around and want to forage with me. When she would be free ranging digging in some old leaves she would always want me to come and sit with her or scratch at the ground while she forraged. Everytime i did she would stand right next to me (or in the whole i was scratching myself) and start scratching around herself. Goldie will be dearly missed. I love you Goldie! R.I.P.
