Okay Guys I have a bantam Cochin hen that just will not give up.
She is driving me nuts LOL.
Every day she is in the same spot,Puffed up like she's ready to take my head off.
So I move her off the nest and collect the eggs.
Try as I might she wants to sit should I just give her a batch of eggs and let her sit or keep moving her butt...

Do you want to break her of broodiness? My husband has used this trick with good success last year. Dunk the hen. Dunk her in a 5 gallon bucket or similar a couple times day. Use cooler water, not hot. Hubby just used water from the hose and submerged the hen up to her breast area.

It works because broodiness is triggered by an increase in body temp. Lowering the body temp via the cool water will help break the broody. Last year Hubby had to dunk the girls 5-6 times on Sat. and 3 times on Sun. By Mon. they were out walking around like nothing ever happened.

Lets trade! I want my hen to go broody so bad! she WILL NOT go broody! Urg!

also i read that if you separate her and dont give her a nesting box or anything she will eventually stop being broody.
