Thanks, folks, for getting back to me. Will give him a night to rest, check on him in the a.m. and see how he acts, and may try to figure 8 bandage/wrap for stability and see if it helps. I appreciate the input very much! Hugs to you all!

It might be just a sprain, or something. I think you might be able to duct tape over one wing and under the other, and under and around. I don't worry about it sticking cause I have 3 hens wearing duct tape saddles and it comes off after a few days, never stays on for more than a week.

This morning was no better, no worse. Wing still hanging down, and just doesn't feel right. The joint doesn't have the normal ROM or resistance to it. I fashioned a duct tape sling (thanks folks for the suggestion!) and he doesn't seem to mind at all; he rather acts a bit relieved. I hope it resolves; he's not a real cuddle-baby but he's a sweetheart. Thanks for your help and advice, everyone. I'll post updates now & then.
