Bakery bagels at our local grocery store are now .79/piece. What?! I absolutely love bagels but not at that price. Time to try miss_jayne's recipe. They look wonderful!!

My bagels just came out of the oven and they are awesome!!!!! I used the second recipe, and the "poke the hole in the middle with your thumb and stretch it out" method. Yummy!!!!!
