I wish this was a joke, we had about 1/3rd of an inch of rain yesterday and well this is Texas. Rain makes grass grow.

I've gone whole summers without mowing anything and it was still lower than that.

I hope you let them out after you are fully caffienated I would hate to hear about what a crummy yard I keep from the chicken. Mine never shut up and I bet yours are just as mouthy!

I seriously had my neighbor over yesterday to haul off some stale chicken food for his pig and he asked me why I have such a nice looking lawn mower and such a tall lawn. I would have thought the answer was obvious the lawn mower looks new because I barely use it. Some folks just ask strange questions.

And you don't need hearing protection or a respirator to operate it. It does rev up to full power when you get into thick grass. Pretty neat technology.

I have been using electric lawnmowers since 2006 and this is by far the best one yet. My first was a Black N Decker that lasted 4-5 years but I left it in Germany it didnt swim back over with us.

Well Yall convinced me I called my lawn guy so he can come mow! I will work on consoling the chicken because I ask them about these things and they always tell me to let the grass keep growing.
