Missing A Chicken?! :'(

We are out in the middle of no where off a private road with little to no traffic. I noticed a few odd behaviors following today’s event. One of my top girls was “up my butt”. Was the first to run over to me every time she saw me and she usually isn’t. The flock leader was outside the coop door tonight also, I feel like waiting for her last girl to come home. They also stayed together for the most part tonight when they usually forage in two separate groups.

Good observation...and could indeed indicate there was scary/hungry visitor.
I'd keep them in the run for the foreseeable future.
Good time to do so anyway as at 18 weeks they should be close to laying.

Dog, fox, coyote...if they killed her quick you may not see any feather trail.

Coyote, bobcat, fox to name a few. Had a fox wipe out a dozen hens a couple of weeks ago with only a few feathers left behind.
