Missing beak (with pic)

Hi all. My neighbor found a chicken, and the top mandible of the beak appears to be completely gone. Chicken seems otherwise fine. Any idea if the beak will grow back? Any other advice?

She's very likely an ex production bird whose beak was clipped as a chick. It will not regrow, but configuration looks as if she should be able to eat well.

Really?? Wow. My other concern is about her getting along with the rest of the flock. She can’t really peck back, so I don’t want her to get hurt. She’s currently crated in the run while everyone gets used to each other.
