Missing feathers and yellow crust

Can you please post more photos of the chicken and the area.
Telling us where the bald spot is located will be helpful as well.
I'm sorry, I don't see any thick crusty yellow plaque, if you can point that out in the photos I'd appreciate it.
I do see chicken skin that is a bit wrinkly. I also see a few broken feathers and a few new feathers coming in.
