Missing feathers around head and body

One of my rhode island red hens always has patches of missing feathers around her neck and a few feathers missing on her body too. She’s the smallest of my flock and the others tend to pick on her (we aren’t able to get a rooster, unfortunately). Is there anything I can do? I always step in if I notice it and I give her extra eggs when I cook some for them (I’ve heard it helps with feather growth). I feel bad that she just tolerates how mean they are to her :(. And I know chickens naturally need a pecking order, I’m just curious if there’s anything I can do for her missing feathers. Thanks

Loss is from her being picked on. Nothing you can really do about the missing feathers.
She's tolerating it - it seems like chickens understand their place better than we do - I don't see any wounds on her, she's bright. The loss/appearance probably bothers you more than it does her.
Personally, if she's eating/drinking, active...I would leave her alone.
