Mission Impossible: Turkey Eggs

The walls are double thickness. I am considering insulation, but our main extreme is our VERY hot summers. We don't have, say 30* weather in the winter, but it averages around 50*. So it would be nice to have Insulation, but would it make it overly hot? I'm not sure. Of course we would paint the inside, as I would prefer not to have a pink inside henhouse. I heard that lime whitewashing helps though. And answering about the plywood, it is about 3 yrs old, it is painted, and doesnt really have weather damage.

No to the insulation says me.
There is a great thread on here where someone tested 2 identically built coops...only difference was insulation.
I'll look for it and post a link to it in the morning.

IMG_20180611_201229.jpg this is what it looks like, sorry for only having that photo, will send on Sat. It is really well built.

So cold winter is not a concern, focus more on painting color to keep the building cool and adequate ventilation to keep it dry and increase air flow as needed. Are the windows able to be opened with strong metal screen for protection from predators ?
