Mississippi chicken house worker

Haven't started a flock of my own yet, but I work with approximately27,000 hens and 3,000 roosters. I see some strange behavior in both sexes. we average approximately 23000 eggs a day. The chicken houses I work at are two six hundred foot long houses.
