Been using this site for advice for about a year now and recently became a member.
We currently have an EE rooster, two EE hens, two australorp hens, and three grumpy guineas (I think one male and 2 female but
). They're all about 10 months old.
We just got a mixed duckling (Welsh harlequin and Cayuga or Roeun) hatched as a classroom project, supposedly getting a few more from the teacher soon. It's 2 weeks old.
Splitting a chick shipment with a friend in a few weeks and expecting a golden polish, two buff laced polish, and two silver laced Wyandottes (SLW?), all hens.
Everyone's free range when old enough on our couple of acres, and we've been lucky so far with predators/our road.
Enjoying them as egg layers and lawn ornaments/pets.
