Mixed Ages

I have mixed ages of chickens who all free range together. Should I feed everyone layer feed, everyone grower or mix the 2 together?

Feed everyone either an All Flock ration or flock raiser or a non medicated starter grower. Provide a separate bowl of oyster shells for the calcium needs. A layer isn't necessary.

I feed 20% non medicated starter grower to my flock. Oyster shell is in a separate container for the layers, they know when they need it and the rest leave it alone.
