So I have a Production Tolouse goose and two Pekin ducks who have cooperated on a nest. They currently have 20 eggs in the nest and I believe Greta (goose) is going broody. Is it a bad idea to let her sit on these eggs? Will she leave the nest once the ducklings are hatched and leave the unhatched goslings?

The girls have been very busy! The thing is I really want the goslings but the ducklings are going to be mixed breed (possibly pekin/runner or pekin/rouen or just pekin).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This is the first time I have had a broody goose/duck and have never had any of my birds hatch out.

    Nervous gosling/duckling grandma to be.
