Not the 3 in front or the barred one at the back. The middle hen is the same as my previous post. The 2 behind her (with partial crests) are gold penciled hamburg x mottled houdan. The mottled one used to be all black. Each fall moult has brought out the white feathers. They're both black split to mottled. The mottling bled through as 2 white feathers the first moult. The next brought out what you see.

How exactly did you make this chick. Exact combo please. He looks awesome

Father is Jersey Giant, mother is Rhode Island Red (JG x RIR). His sons are a back-cross to the RIR and 1 out of 3 has the same coloring. The other two from the same cross take after the RIR. This picture was taken of his son at 16 weeks.

I don't know if you would get the same effect. It might depend on the genetics of the black.
