Mixed Chick Gender

I have a chick here who is 4 weeks to the day and I’m curious to it’s gender. It has a comb coming in but barely any waddle and it’s pink. Any opinions are greatly appreciated, I’m new to this!!!View attachment 2454826View attachment 2454827View attachment 2454828
I’m not convinced. This comb does not look that pink, it might just be the lighting. Does it look pink to you? I had a leg horn cross pullet that looked very much like this and I was pretty convinced she was a boy forever she had a pretty good size comb at a young age but ended up being female anyway. So I would hang on and not give up hope yet!😊

To me the comb is still very light pink and yellows. But The little chicks dad has a enormous comb and wattle and she/he looks a lot like him which is why I’m on the fence. It’s temperament to me is saying hen but I really don’t know. Now I’m waiting for a crow🤪

Right now we are just going off of comb, no other male signs yet. So don't give up hope. :ya

All the chickens are mixed so there is no saying, but it’s dad has a giant comb and waddle so that’s why I’m on the fence

If the father has a giant comb, then his chicks certainly might have giant combs for their age & gender.

I'd wait a bit longer and see--don't get your hopes too high, but don't give up yet. :)
