mixed chicks

I have two mixed chicks that could be mixed with Easter Eggers. If they are mixed, can they still lay colored eggs? One of them has yellow feet and legs and the other has gray legs with yellow toes... I had heard the most EE's would have green feet, so does this mean mine will not lay colored eggs?

If they are mixed with EE and inherited the colored egg gene from the EE parent, then yes they can lay colored eggs. Leg color does not give any indication whatsoever of what color egg a hen will lay. While many EE do have green legs, not all do and those with a leg color other than green are just as likely as the green-legged hens to lay colored eggs.
