I have 5 chicks who's mom was a golden seabright, and father was a silver seabright. If I breed one of them to my golden seabright hen what kinda chance would I have of getting golden seabrights?

Out of the chicks, how many are gold and how many are silver? If you breed a gold chick to your gold hen you would mostly get golds I'm thinking???? I may be wrong though... somebody that is good with genetics will come along!

Breeding an F1 cock (who would appear silver with some gold leakage) from that cross back to his mother would produce 50% Golden Sebrights, 25% Silver Sebright pullets, and 25% silver with gold leakage like the F1 cocks. So, about half of the chicks would be Golden Sebrights.
