When they're working, they get loads done. I don't think there's much more to do. A few more rails, then cover it with mesh and make and hang the doors. Three days maybe? But I don't think they should be working outside with temperatures up around 40C (100F), so I'm glad we made that call.Good evening everyone

Not much happening here, Bob works everyday and I go for short walks most days, if it's not too cold. I go check for eggs and read or paint on my Kindle and of course house work.

Not being able to ride a bike. I just assume it's something everyone has done.
All sorts Shad. It'll be a garden one day. In the meantime the little coop and old tables will be in there for shade and a misting system will be installed for cooling. In particular, I'm thinking about three clusters of bushes. One cluster of these I think they'll struggle to get beyond 2m in our soil, and that's perfect. And a couple of other clusters but I haven't chosen which shrubs yet.
It's been on the list for a long time too. I'd like to get it done. It's the last of the rooms to be finished. All the others are more or less done except for a few small tricky jobs.That would be nice to change the room before you go back to work
I realized with this that I too operate under the assumption that everyone can ride a bike. We should not do that.
You run your flock the way I do mine. The Coop Complex is really only limiting when I'm not here for them to free range or the ground is covered in snow and they choose to remain in the complex.
